Shipping rates may vary due to the four medical supplement companies trusted by our recommending clinicians. Most of the suppliers are located in Ontario Canada and therefore shipping within the province of Ontario will have the lowest pricing. Due to the diversity of the medical supplement companies, varying shipping prices, shipping methods and carriers may be needed to get the medicines to your front door. Shipping orders made from all four suppliers will carry a slightly higher shipping rate, with the most expensive rate being to the USA. Return policies or refunds are only offered to pre-opened products, tampered products and broken bottles.

Delivery times are subject to the location from which the order is made. Orders made in Ontario are delivered within 5 days, outside of Ontario but in Canada, delivery times are within 7-9 business days, and outside of Canada, delivery times are between 7-14 business days.
