Dr. Chris Mazzuchin was raised in Sudbury, Ontario Canada and has spent 12 years pursing a post-secondary education that could enable him to contribute to improving the quality of health care and standard of living in Northern Ontario. He has been in clinical practice for over twelve years, together as a physiotherapist and as a naturopathic physician and is currently the clinical director of the Universal Medical Centre in Sudbury. This has enabled him to work closely with people, the institutions and the businesses in Northern Ontario as well as the rest of the province.

He has recently published two books; one for children called ‘Sigmund & Me: A workbook of feelings’ and the other, for more of a mature audience called ‘Ssshhh Listen! Natural Cures: A workshop for the soul.

His professional goals have always been to service the families and businesses of Northern Ontario with a simple, balanced and complementary form of health care. He has both a full-time medical/physiotherapy practice and teaches at Laurentian University and is also on faculty at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine.

It is the mandate and mission statement of Dr. Mazzuchin, the Universal Medical Centre and all of its divisions, to help people make informed decisions when it comes to choosing the right practioners and the appropriate health care strategies for their health (personally and professionally). This is why we have provided additional information, links and e-newsletters as resources for continuity of care with our customers.
